Personal data means all information about an identified or identifiable individual; an identifiable individual is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a specific identifier, such as a name, identification number, location data, network identifier, or one or more specific elements of physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.

4. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

1. The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to it or personal data that the Controller has obtained based on fulfilling your order.

2. The Controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for fulfilling the contract.

Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

1. The legal basis for processing personal data is:

fulfilling the contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,

the legitimate interest of the Controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,

your consent to processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services in the event that no order for goods or services has been placed.

2. The purpose of processing personal data is:

processing your order and performing the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller; personal data required for successful order processing (name and address, contact) are requested when placing an order, providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract by the Controller, without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude or fulfill the contract by the Controller,

sending commercial communications and conducting other marketing activities.

3. The Controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have provided explicit consent for such processing.

IV. 
Retention Period of Data

1. The Controller retains personal data:

for the period necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and enforce claims under these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).

for the period during which the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, a maximum of 2 years, if personal data is processed based on consent.

2. After the expiration of the retention period for personal data, the Controller will delete the personal data.

Recipients of Personal Data (Controller's Subprocessors)

1. Recipients of personal data are individuals

involved in delivering goods / services / processing payments under a contract,

providing e-shop operation services and other services related to e-shop operation,

providing marketing services.

2. The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.

Your Rights

1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have

the right to access your personal data under Article 15 of the GDPR,

the right to rectification of personal data under Article 16 of the GDPR or restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR.

the right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 of the GDPR.

the right to object to processing under Article 21 of the GDPR and

the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR.

the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the Controller provided in Section III of these terms.

2. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

Conditions for Securing Personal Data

1. The Controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

2. The Controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form.

3. The Controller declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.

Final Provisions

1. By submitting an order through the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of personal data protection and accept them in their entirety.
